Yu is a Maryland REALTOR® with Cummings & Co. Realtors and an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®). A Rutgers University graduate, she began her career helping others in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy clinics before bringing that same care to real estate.

After six years in transaction coordination, listing support, marketing, and operations, Yu became an agent in 2019. She believes education, open communication, and trust make a meaningful difference at every stage of a move.

As a military spouse with relocation specialist training through the Fort Meade Housing Office, Yu understands PCS timelines, long-distance home searches, and the challenges of settling a family into a new community. She lived in Baltimore City for more than six years before relocating to Anne Arundel County.

Yu serves Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Anne Arundel County, Howard County, and the Fort Meade area. She helps buyers, sellers, renters, and investors, drawing on hands-on experience with investment properties and property management.

Outside real estate, Yu enjoys outdoor activities and traveling with her family and two dogs. Her community involvement has included Junior League, military events, and the Maryland REALTORS® Community Involvement Committee.
